1.⁠⁠Order Processing

 

  • All orders are processed within [1–3 business days] of successful payment.
  • Orders placed after [cut-off time, e.g., 3 PM IST] or on weekends/public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • You will receive an email and/or SMS confirmation along with tracking ID once your order has been dispatched.

 

 2.⁠⁠Shipping Coverage

 

  • We currently ship across India through trusted courier partners such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, or India Post, etc.
  • International shipping is not available at this time (unless specified).

 

 3.⁠⁠Shipping Charges

 

  • Free shipping is available on all orders above ₹?.

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment.

 4.⁠⁠Estimated Delivery Time

  • Metro cities: 3–5 business days
  • Tier-2 / Tier-3 cities: 5–7 business days
  • Remote or rural areas: 7–10 business days

 5.⁠⁠Tracking Orders

 

  • Once shipped, customers will receive a tracking ID/link via email orWhatsapp or SMS.
  • You can track your shipment status on the courier’s website or through our “Track Order” page.

 

 6.⁠⁠Packaging & Handling

 

  • All products are securely packed in tamper-proof, moisture-resistant packaging to ensure product integrity.
  • Each order includes an invoice and FSSAI-compliant product label as per Indian regulations.
  • If the packaging appears tampered or damaged at the time of delivery, please do not accept the package and immediately contact our support team.

 

 7.⁠⁠Delivery Attempts

 

  • Our courier partner will make up to two (2) delivery attempts.
  • If you are unavailable, you may reschedule the delivery using the tracking link or contact the courier directly.
  • Orders not delivered after multiple attempts will be returned to our warehouse. Refunds (if applicable) will be processed after deducting shipping and handling charges.

 

 8.⁠⁠Delays and Exceptions

 

  • We strive to deliver within the estimated time, but delays may occur due to:
  • Unforeseen logistics issues
  • Natural calamities or political unrest
  • Public holidays or lockdowns
  • Incorrect shipping details provided by the customer
  • The company is not liable for delays once the order is handed over to the courier.

 

 9.⁠⁠Wrong or Incomplete Address

 

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
  • Orders with incorrect, incomplete, or unserviceable addresses may be cancelled or delayed.
  • Re-shipment due to incorrect address will incur additional charges.

 

10.⁠⁠Shipping Restrictions

 

  • As per FSSAI guidelines, certain supplements containing restricted ingredients may not be shipped to specific states or regions.
  • The company reserves the right to cancel such orders and issue a refund if necessary.
